"I’m David Dempster, I’m 49 years old. I’ve been attending Thistle for about 12 months. In the period of time up until I started coming to Thistle I was actually deteriorating rapidly. I was actually getting to the point where I was reclusive, and that’s not good when you’re a father and a husband and all that sort of stuff, you’ve still got to perform your family duties. Thistle has helped me to change my attitude to life and to other people."
