Classes & updated gym timetable

Following Edinburgh’s move to level 2, we are delighted to be restarting some of our in-person group activities at the Centre of Wellbeing.

From Monday 31st May, Tai Chi, Seated Exercise and Indoor Curling will take place on a pre-booked basis at the Centre of Wellbeing.

To keep everyone safe, class numbers will be limited to make sure everyone can remain physically distanced while taking part.

Please have a look at our updated timetable as sessions may be at different times than they were before the Centre closed.

If you haven’t been back to the Centre yet, please see the information below to find out more about the changes we’ve made to help keep everyone safe, along with our updated timetable of bookable gym sessions and information about how to book.

If you don’t feel ready to come back just yet, please don’t worry. We will continue to run online Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes so that you can still join in at home.
