Taking risks is part of a full life. But being put at risk is something that nobody should face alone.

The following resources have been created as a result of the Risk Research project.

A series of videos has also been created which support the thinking behind keeping the person at the centre of any concerns over risk.

Information on the background to the project is also available.

Here we have a risk planning tool to help focus on the person’s strengths and resilience, which aims to keep them at the centre of the process.  We also present a tool for recording with the person, progress along the path of the process.
