Our Branching Out courses have been specially created to help you find out how being outdoors can have a positive influence on your mood, outlook and general well-being.

Branching Out

Activities include gentle exercise, relaxation and woodland themed activities. The benefits to you are improving your fitness, meeting new people, learning something new and benefitting your local community.

  • Taster sessions and longer courses available
  • Takes place at local Craigmillar Woods
  • Held during the day
  • Groups or individuals welcome

Our first Branching Out course filled up almost immediately, so if you're interested in taking part, sign-up before it's too late!
