Mindfulness

Our Mindfulness Training Course is designed to help people deal with the stresses of everyday living.

The eight-week course consists of three-hour weekly sessions and is particularly helpful if you are:

  • living with chronic symptoms such as pain and fatigue
  • recovering from illness
  • living with health problems including anxiety and depression
  • struggling to come to terms with difficulties in your life

By learning to manage stress, pain, illness and health problems, mindfulness can help increase your self confidence, self esteem, coping and control.
