Our Health & Wellbeing Centre is open to everyone in the community. Our range of activities and courses is designed to help people increase their resilience and abilities to deal with life’s demands by increasing confidence, coping and a sense of control.

Lifestyle Management peer volunteer

Our Lifestyle Management service provides support for people living with physical and mental health concerns, or difficult life circumstances.

Our Mindfulness Course is designed to help people with the stresses of everyday living.

Our Support for Veterans offers a solution focused approach to dealing with mental health concerns such as combat stress.

The Thistle Gym offers community membership and individualised support to enable users to establish physical activity as an importance aspect of our lives.

Thistle Outdoors and our Community Wildlife Garden offer opportunities to use outdoor spaces to enhance fitness and wellbeing.
